Maggie & Cameron were married at Doodley Dee’s Farm in Karnack this past weekend surrounded by family and friends. Doodley Dee’s provided the perfect setting for a fall wedding (which felt more like winter outside due to the cold!) The barn however was warm and inviting and decorated beautifully. There were some very special moments, including the first look- I think the look on Cameron’s face says it all! Also, it was very sweet that the bride was given away by her father and grandfather. Thank you Maggie & Cameron for letting me capture your beautiful day!

Kelly & Tim said their I do's surrounded by friends and family at Dove Hollow Estate in Longview this past weekend. There were so many things to love about this wedding- from the lovely fall color palette to all the many beautiful details that really made this wedding unique. My favorite thing was getting to see the true joy on the bride and groom's faces the entire evening! They made my job so easy!
I really enjoy getting to know clients as they prepare for their wedding day by taking bridals and engagements. It has been so much fun getting to work with Kelly and Tim from the get go. Thank you both and all the best to you!

Now that Tim & Kelly have tied the knot, I get to share some of beautiful Kelly's bridals! I loved the length of the chapel veil and its sparkly accents, which really accentuated the rest of the dress. Dove Hollow Estate provided a perfect contemporary space in a natural setting for bridals. I'm so excited to share a wedding preview later this week!

The I absolutely love fall weddings! Jeff and Mary's wedding at The Arbor in Tyler this past weekend was definitely a beautiful fall wedding. There were so many great details- from the cross that the couple collaborated on to the hand decorated pumpkin cookies made by family. Jeff and Mary were married in an intimate, heartfelt ceremony in front of their family and friends. It was such a pleasure to work with this sweet couple and photograph their big day. Thank you Mary and Jeff and all the best to you!

I met up with Kelly and Tim at Kiepersol in Bullard for their engagement session this past weekend. It had been awhile since I had been to the winery. It was so awesome to see how Kiepersol has expanded. These two are so sweet together and their personalities really complement each other. They also were very good sports for posing in this Texas heat!! Another highlight of the session was getting some shots of the couple with Tim’s fully restored 70' El Camino. What a cool car!
Thank you Kelly & Tim for a great shoot. I’m already looking forward to the wedding in November!
Haley & Jacob were married in a beautiful ceremony in front of family and friends at The Woods Baptist Church in Tyler this past weekend. As I was taking their first photos as husband and wife, they both could not stop smiling. These two can definitely make each other laugh! (so important!) There were many lovely and personal details in this wedding from the floral arrangements made by family to the beautiful bride and groom's cakes.
It has been a pleasure working with these two and their sweet families. Congratulations Haley & Jacob and thank you for letting me capture your beautiful day!
Skylar & Connor were married in a beautiful, intimate ceremony this past weekend at Miss Mary’s Place in Longview. It has been great working with this sweet couple- they have wonderful personalities and a chemistry that is evident in their photos. I loved that they had an unplugged ceremony- meaning that they displayed a sign kindly asking for guests to not use cel phones etc. during the ceremony. From a photographer’s standpoint this is super and really makes ceremony photos less cluttered without all the extra screens in the photos. I think it also lets the guests be more present in the moment, so a great idea overall! After the ceremony, (and a downpour of rain!) the couple partied with friends and family under the chandeliers and twinkle lights inside the barn.
Thank you to Skylar & Connor and their sweet families for allowing me to capture your beautiful day. Venue- Miss Mary’s Place, Longview. Flowers- Ann’s Petals, Longview. Catering- Perfect Catering. DJ- Deaf Cat Mobile DJ. Victoria Morris-Makeup.
As a photographer, the best compliment I can receive is to be asked to take photos for a family as they grow and change through the years. So I was very excited to meet up with Davia and her family for Daevon’s senior photos, as well as take some family photos. I have been taking photos of Davia and her family since 2012! My how time flies!
We met up in downtown Tyler, and also took a few pictures along the Azalea trail, which is in full, beautiful bloom at the moment!
Along with participating in track and basketball at school, Daevon is also a great big brother! Congratulations Daevon on your graduation!
