I met up with one of my favorite families at the Children's Park in Tyler to take pictures of their precious 1 year old for her birthday! Along with birthday portraits, we also took some very sweet photos of her with big brother, they are just TOO cute together! Enjoy this preview of the pics!
Shari & David were married in an intimate ceremony in front of family and friends in Crowley this past weekend. The reception was held at Fresco's in Burleson and it was very cool to have downtown Burleson as a backdrop to many of their photos after the wedding. In just the short amount of time I spent with Shari & David photographing their special day, I can tell that these two have a lot of fun together! Whether it be posing with a Cowboy hat (a must do for Texas brides!) or stopping a passing motorcyclist to borrow his bike for a picture, these two know how to have fun and laugh together!
Thank you two for letting me photograph your beautiful wedding day and all the best to you!!
I love December weddings, they seem to have a magic all their own! Chelsye & Maxwell’s wedding was most definitely filled with lots of loving family and friends as they said their I do’s on December 17th. There were many special things about this wedding- it’s not often I photograph a couple who are getting married in the same church that the bride’s parents were married in. It’s also not often that I start photographing a wedding and the temperature is in the 70s and by the end it’s in the 20s…brrr!
Chelsye and Max were so much fun to photograph because they were beaming the entire day and filled with such joy! Enjoy a preview of this beautiful wedding. Thank you both for letting me capture your day!

It was great to meet up with Evan & Frank for family photos at the Children's Park in Tyler. I hadn't anticipated the rain, but luckily we were able to get photos in without any major downpour! Their little one is so precious and he had the biggest grins for all the photos. Enjoy this preview of a few of my faves from the photoshoot!
I really enjoyed photographing Lindsay & Scott's wedding at The Arbor on October 29th. It was filled with lots of family, friends and also some top notch swing dancing by the bride and groom and their guests! I think you can tell by the photos how much fun Lindsay & Scott were having and how happy they were on their big day. I loved their twist on fall decor with sparkly silver and white pumpkins as centerpieces and also the unique things they did like having all the mothers and sons that were there dance together. Thank you to Scott & Lindsay for allowing me to capture your wedding- it was a beautiful day! Venue- The Arbor, Tyler, TX. Flowers- Garden Style. Videographer- Nathan Browning, A Thousand Word Productions. Cake/Cupcakes- Smallcakes. DJ- Casey Brown, CMB Music Productions.
It was an absolutely perfect afternoon for pictures last Wednesday when I met up with Caleb and his mom Lori at Rose Rudman in Tyler. We had a lot fun walking around taking Caleb's senior photos. It was an honor to take Caleb's photos during this exciting time of his life. Enjoy this preview of a few of my faves from the session!
It was a gorgeous fall day for Ashley & Michael's wedding at Miss Mary's Place this past weekend! There were so many beautiful details- from the elegant and eclectic table centerpieces at the reception, to the succulents that guests took home as favors. I really enjoyed photographing the many unique pieces of their special day. They were surrounded by friends and family as they said their vows- It was very neat that all the guests rang bells as Ashley & Michael walked back down the aisle.
As you can see from the photos below, their little girl was super adorable as flower girl and the ring bearer was equally cute!
Thank you Ashley & Michael for being such a great couple to work with! Enjoy this preview!

This past week Clay and I took a day trip to Dallas to meet up with Ashley & Michael for their engagement photos. We met them at the Dallas Arboretum, which was all decked out for fall. I had a great time walking the grounds with them and getting to know them better. They have a little one the same age as ours, so it was fun to swap stories about toddler attitudes and teething! With a toddler I'm pretty sure there's probably never a dull moment in their home either! :)
After we finished up at the Arboretum we drove around White Rock Lake and took some photos in front of a really cool building called the Bath House. It has a balcony with a great view of the Dallas skyline.
Thank you guys for such a fun shoot! Looking forward to the wedding next month!
